Cleo is an LLM student at Penn Law. Prior to joining Penn, she worked in the banking and financial law team at PwC Greece, where she specialized in securitization and non-performing loan (NPL) sale transactions, as well as corporate restructurings and hive-downs in the financial sector. Cleo holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s in maritime law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, along with a Minor in Economics from the American College of Greece.
