Elodie is a Master of Laws student at Penn Law. She will be graduating this spring in May of 2025. Prior to coming to Penn, she pursued a Master's degree in business law and taxation in France and performed several internships in the Corporate M&A field at major law firms in Paris such as Hogan Lovells and A&O Shearman where she primarily focused on venture capital and private equity transactions. Last spring, she interned at KPMG in their Legal, Corporate M&A group in Paris. Elodie graduated with honors from the Université Paris II - Panthéon Assas with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).
